The ISO standard of ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics- Good Manufacturing Practises takes into consideration the procedure of Producing , Controlling , Storing and shipping of cosmetic products.

The guidelines set by this standard are directed more towards quality handling of the products and does not cater towards safety of workers or th impact of such production on the environement.

The ISO 22716 was developed to respond to updated cosmetics regulations.

• Equipment Management- This includes Installation, Calibration , equipment Cleaning and sanitation as well as maintainence
• Raw Materials and Packaging- This includes Purchasing Reciept and Identification Status
